Agency Beginnings
Qbexel was launched on September 16, 2024, as a specialized software development and AI automation agency. Throughout our first year, we built our reputation by delivering high-impact custom systems to both local and international brands, working closely with clients to scale their operations.
The Incubator & Retail Friction
In early 2025, we conceptualized KomoChat—our AI sales agent. Its success led us into the NSU Startups Next Cohort 3 Founders' Lab Program. While in the incubator, we realized social-commerce merchants faced immense operational bottlenecks, manually copying and pasting customer order details piece-by-piece from chat screens into courier shipping forms.
Automating E-Commerce
To solve this, we coded Automate V1, an AI parser that instantly structures unformatted text chats for courier booking. The tool went viral, onboarding 800+ merchants. Months later, major couriers integrated our exact workflow, validating our role as industry trendsetters. Today, we are elevated to NSUSN Flagship Incubator Cohort 4, expanding our ecosystem with Automate V2 and EasTrack.
